Internal Testing Begins on Version 0712 ๐Ÿ˜

Hey everyone,

Iโ€™m excited to announce that internal testing for Version 0712 has officially begun! ๐ŸŽ‰ This update is a big one, packed with exciting new features and improvements, and I canโ€™t wait to see how it shapes up during testing. Hereโ€™s a sneak peek at whatโ€™s new:

๐ŸŒ New park map for Quest 1 The first of five planned worlds is now ready for testing, starting with an expansive City Park. This will serve as the setting for Quest 1, and Iโ€™ve poured a lot of love into making it both immersive and detailed.

โœจ Sky Overhaul The sky has received a major upgrade! Expect richer auroras, stunning planetary objects, and a larger, more vibrant moon and sun. Nighttime lighting has also been massively improved, making for a more atmospheric experience.

๐ŸŽถ Enhanced Quest Mechanics Quest 1 now features psychedelic visuals and audio cues, particularly when youโ€™re near those fractal collectables. Itโ€™s going to add a whole new layer to the gameplay.

๐Ÿš€ Massive Performance Improvements Iโ€™ve been working hard to optimize both the development and production maps, making sure everything runs smoother than ever. These improvements should make the experience much more seamless.

๐Ÿž Bug Fixes A bunch of bugs have been squashed, leading to better stability and overall gameplay.

Looking ahead, Version 0713 is on the horizon, and itโ€™s going to bring some big changes. The production maps will become the default, โ€œQuestsโ€ are being rebranded as โ€œTrips,โ€ and the NPC system is getting a major overhaul with smarter AI, facial animations, and much more. ๐ŸŽฎ

Work on the next world is also due to begin this week, so thereโ€™s a lot to be excited about! Although the game isnโ€™t out yet and is only available for internal testing, your ideas and suggestions are still incredibly valuable as I continue to refine and build.
